Join myself and Rise Torquay as we bring together counselling in nature and the incredible physical and mental benefits of harnessing hot and cold exposure.

Meeting at the state-of-the-art Rise wellness and recovery centre in Torquay, we will set out on a scenic walk along the idyllic coastline of the English Riviera. We will talk, bringing in traditional counselling techniques, before making our ways back to Rise for a ‘Fire & Ice’ contrast therapy session.
