COLD WATER & CONVERSATION

Shoalstone Pool is one of the few lidos left in the world, a 53 metre sea water swimming pool nestled into the idyllic Brixham coastline. It has been popular with bathers since Victorian times and I am proud to be working with the team behind Shoalstone Pool on a series of events that combine counselling in nature with cold water therapy in this very special pool.

I will begin by inviting you to join me on the South West Coast Path for a walking therapy session that takes in some spectacular scenery, before returning to Shoalstone for a restorative swim or dip in the pool. Hot drinks promise the perfect way to reheat and reset after a comforting counselling session.
